Greenfield Agriculture Limited was founded in July 2023 as a culmination of over 30 years of consulting expertise by Sesan Fajemisin, a seasoned consultant with a proven track record in delivering innovative, scalable solutions across agriculture, IT, and social impact. Our mission is to empower businesses and communities through tailored strategies that drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Our Founder: Sesan Fajemisin
With over three decades of consulting experience, Sesan has worked with some of the world’s most prestigious organizations, including GCHQ, Merseyrail, and Fairview New Homes. A visionary leader, Sesan combines technical expertise with strategic foresight to deliver impactful solutions that empower communities and transform industries.
I am honoured to lead Greenfield Agriculture Limited, a company founded on the principles of compassion, resilience, and innovation. My journey has been shaped by personal challenges, inspiring collaborations, and a steadfast commitment to changing lives.
My Early Journey
I was born into a unique cultural tapestry, as a prince of the Fajemisin royal family of Nigeria, and born in Glasgow, Scotland, by a Jamaican mother and Nigerian father. This multicultural upbringing instilled in me an appreciation for diversity and the power of collective strength.
In 2015, I faced a life-changing moment when I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. My road to recovery was long and arduous, spanning six years. During this time, I learned to lean on the support of my family, friends, and community.
This period taught me empathy, humility, and the value of mental health—principles that now guide my leadership.
My Involvement with Living Hope Care Society
In my journey to make an impact, I had the privilege of working closely with Living Hope Care Society, founded by Mrs. Ibyemi Fakande in 1994. Living Hope Care Society is a beacon of hope, especially for vulnerable children, women, and families in Osun State, Nigeria.
Highlights of Living Hope Care’s Impact
- 7,000 Children Supported: Through sustainable agriculture, Living Hope Care has fed, clothed, and educated children affected by HIV/AIDS and extreme poverty.
- 390 Children Sent to University: Empowering young people through education, giving them the tools to break the cycle of poverty.
- 6,000 Women Rehabilitated: Providing safety, counseling, and vocational training to abused women, helping them rebuild their lives.
- 15,000 Youth Mentored: Offering guidance and skills to help young people navigate challenges and find purpose.
Through Living Hope Care’s initiatives, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of farming, education, and compassion.

As highlighted in the Farm and Food publication, my collaboration with Living Hope Care Society has transformed lives through agricultural innovation:
- 240 Acres of Land Cultivated: Through partnerships with the community and stakeholders, farmland was transformed into thriving fields, generating resources to support thousands of vulnerable children.
- Self-Sufficiency Through Agriculture: By growing crops like plantains, yams, cassava, and vegetables, Living Hope Care has provided not just food but also opportunities for education and vocational training.

One of the most profound moments in my journey was working with Living Hope Care to develop sustainable farming solutions that feed children and provide income for their education. It’s a testament to what we can achieve when we combine compassion with innovation.
